Dirk turned one today! He is such a happy little guy and we are blessed that he is in our family. He loves food, making people smile, playing in water, giving hugs and figuring out what he can do with objects. He has eight teeth, can walk super well, is quick to smile and thinks being tickled or thrown in the air is the best thing in the world.

Aww, happy birthday Dirk! I wish I had been more on top of things... we have a GREAT Davey and Goliath movie that I'm sure you would have loved for your birthday...
